Associate Pediatric Dentist
Spring, TX · Production-Based Compensation
THE OPPORTUNITY
Champions Pediatric Dentistry is growing — and we’re looking for someone who thrives within a well-run practice and wants to walk into an office where everything is already working.
This isn’t a position for someone looking to reinvent the wheel. We have a culture, a system, and a standard — and it shows in how our patients feel from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. What we need is someone who can plug in, deliver exceptional clinical care, and make that experience even better.
If you’ve spent time in a great office and you know what good looks like, you’ll recognize it here immediately. If you’re someone who’s been waiting for a seat at a table that’s already set — read on.
WHO WE ARE
Champions Pediatric Dentistry is part of the Jon P. Wheeler, DDS practice family — spanning The Woodlands and Spring — built on the belief that every child can learn to love going to the dentist.
Our core values drive every decision we make:
Read the Room — we notice what families need before they have to ask.
Own the Whole, Not Just Your Part — your job description is the floor, not the ceiling.
Protect the Mojo — attitude isn’t a soft skill here. It’s the job.
Make Every Parent a Fan — a child who loves us is great. A parent who tells their neighbors is how we grow.
Think Like an Owner — act with the long-term mission in mind, every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll work alongside a team that’s already in a groove. Your role is to deliver excellent clinical care in a high-functioning, pediatric-focused environment where your patients leave happier than when they arrived.
Diagnose and treat pediatric patients across the full scope of general pediatric dentistry
Conduct visual exams, X-ray reviews, sealants, extractions, restorations, and general oral care
Anticipate the needs of patients and guide your chair-side team with calm, clear direction
Meet assigned production goals without ever compromising patient comfort or satisfaction
Communicate clearly with parents — turning complex treatment needs into confident, simple decisions
Represent the practice with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for pediatric care
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t have to have years in practice to be exactly right for this role. But you do need a few things that can’t be taught:
You thrive inside a defined system. You’re the kind of clinician who asks ‘how do we do it here?’ — and then masters it.
You’re coachable. You listen more than you talk. You bring energy that lifts the room, especially on hard days.
You’re accountable. If something isn’t going well, you own your part of it without being asked.
You’re a team player — not a lone wolf. Dr. Wheeler sets the standard in this office, and the right person is excited to work inside that structure, not around it.
