As a vital member of our team, you will play an essential role in supporting our endodontic specialists and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Dental Assistant, ready to utilize their skills and contribute to patient comfort while assisting in a variety of endodontic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist endodontists during procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas according to infection control protocols.
- Manage patient records, appointments, and insurance documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices, fostering a positive patient experience.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a cohesive, supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- A current license as a Dental Assistant is required.
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred (minimum of 1 year), but not required for enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
