We’re Hiring: Dental Assistant — Rockaway, NJ

Rockaway Dental Center is growing! We’re a patient-centric practice with a healthy, supportive team culture — and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who wants to grow right along with us.

What makes this role different:
This isn’t just passing instruments. You’ll work with modern dentistry — AI-assisted diagnostics, CBCT, intraoral scanning, and digital workflows. We’ll train you on all of it.

What we’re looking for:
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience
• X-ray certification (required)
• Positive attitude, team player, eager to learn
• Excited about new technology and smarter systems

Pay: $21–$27/hour + performance incentive

Schedule: Mondays 11–6 & Wednesdays 12–8 to start — converting to full-time within 3 months!
