We are a thriving general dental practice looking for a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our exceptional team of 14 dedicated professionals from November to February. As a single-doctor office focusing on PPO patients, we take pride in providing high-quality care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This position is available due to the current hygienist's maternity leave, and we are eager to welcome a passionate individual who can contribute to our team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in our patients' oral health journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Performing thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance for patients.
- Perio charting and co-diagnosis of potential gum disease.
- Taking digital radiography/X-rays to assist in diagnosing and developing treatment plans.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborating with the dental team to provide exceptional care and ensure seamless patient flow.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A valid state license as a Dental Hygienist.
- BLS certification to ensure patient safety and preparedness.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a dental setting, preferably in a general practice.
- Proficiency in Dentrix and iTero systems is a strong plus.

Schedule & Environment:

Our practice operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with patient appointments typically scheduled one hour apart. Wednesdays and two Fridays each month have a shorter schedule of 8 AM to 3 PM. We conduct a daily morning meeting at 7:40 AM to foster teamwork and ensure everyone is informed and ready for the day ahead.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, commensurate with experience.

General dentist practice seeking 3rd dental assistant to join our 14 person team. We are a fast-paced practice that works hard to take care and appreciate our patients. We have our morning meeting promptly at 740am every day. Most shift start times will be 730a-735am unless specified in the shift posting. The hours in which patients are being seen are Mon, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am - 5pm with the exception of the expected lunch hour from 1p-2p. Wednesdays and Fridays (we are open two Fridays a month) are 8a-3pm. Please be sure to check the drive time the day prior to any shift and then plan for additional time needed due to traffic.
