Join Our Expanding Periodontal Practice as a Skilled Dental Hygienist!
LOCATION
Petoskey, MIWe are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic periodontal office on a part-time basis, working one or two days a week. Our practice thrives on a commitment to excellence in patient care, and we are searching for an individual who shares this commitment.
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a work environment that emphasizes collaboration and communication. You will be responsible for providing exceptional periodontal maintenance services, including calculus removal, ultrasonic scaling, and patient education. Our practice utilizes advanced digital technology, and you will have the opportunity to work with Dentrix for patient management as well as perform digital X-rays, supported by our knowledgeable dental assistants who will help seat patients and take X-rays for you.
We value your professional growth and are pleased to offer competitive compensation ranging from $45 to $55+ per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also provide a generous benefits package, which includes paid time off (PTO), sick leave, flexible scheduling, and continuing education reimbursement, all aimed at supporting your career development in a supportive and highly motivated work environment.
You will enjoy a one-hour lunch break and a schedule designed to allow you to focus on one patient at a time. Each periodontal maintenance visit typically lasts one hour, but you have the flexibility to manage your time according to your professional judgment, especially for scaling and root planing procedures.
