Schedule: Full-time, 4-day week (Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm)
Paid Time Off: 14 days annually, including federal holidays

* Coordinate Care – schedule efficiently to support both patient needs and clinical flow.
* Track & Follow Up – keep treatment moving with consistent, proactive communication.
* Verify & Clarify – confirm benefits and provide clear, accurate financial expectations.
* Guide the Experience – create a smooth, welcoming patient journey from arrival to treatment * acceptance.

* Present & Educate – clearly explain treatment and financial options so patients can confidently say yes.
* Drive Acceptance – build trust and clarity in a way that consistently leads to strong treatment acceptance.
