We are seeking a dedicated individual with 2 or more years of experience in dental front office operations to join our Family Dentistry practice. Our office specializes in General, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Multi-specialty care, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient experiences.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our patient journey, using Dentrix software to manage treatment planning and financial agreements. Your expertise in billing and customer service will ensure a seamless experience for our patients, helping to build lasting relationships. Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss treatment options with patients are essential.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23-$30, based on experience, along with valuable benefits such as Paid Time Off (PTO) and a 401K plan.
