Job description:
Dental Hygienist — Private Practice (Boulder, CO)
No Double Columns. No Production Pressure. 60–90 Minute Appointments.
If you’re a hygienist who’s tired of being rushed, pushed to produce, or treated like a number — this will feel different.
We’re a privately owned, brand new non-corporate, high-end dental practice designed around the hygienist experience.
Relaxed appointments. No production pressure. No double columns.
A doctor who respects hygiene as a clinical specialty — not a revenue center.
If you’ve ever said, “this isn’t how hygiene is supposed to feel” — keep reading.

Growth handled by adding access and people — not pressure
If you’ve ever had your hours quietly reduced or felt like your schedule was a moving target, this will feel very different.
