We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate dental hygienist to join our dynamic team at our established general dental practice. Located in a welcoming environment, our office prides itself on providing exceptional dental care in a comfortable setting. This part-time position offers the ideal opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a single-doctor practice that accepts PPO and private patients.
As a dental hygienist, you will play an integral role in our patients’ oral health journey. Your primary responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, conducting comprehensive exams, taking X-rays, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. We are committed to seeing one patient at a time, allowing you to develop a personalized relationship with each individual while providing high-quality care. Each appointment typically includes a 40-minute prophylaxis or a more comprehensive 60-minute thorough examination and X-ray procedure.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, along with an active state license. We are looking for someone who not only has excellent clinical skills but also brings a positive attitude and strong communication abilities. A focus on patient comfort is essential, as we aim to create a relaxed and friendly environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
