Dental Assistant — Boulder, CO

We’re seeking a Dental Assistant who is friendly, dependable, and proactive — someone who takes initiative, anticipates the needs of others, and values the quality of their work as much as we do.

Key Responsibilities
● Chairside assist for procedures including crowns, fillings, nightguards, dentures, extractions, and implants
● Prepare and maintain operatories, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the day
● Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following strict infection control standards
● Capture digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and scans (Trios experience a plus)
● Support lab work, impression prep, and fabrication of temporaries
● Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, efficient day for both patients and staff
● Deliver a warm, comfortable, and professional experience for every patient
● Proficiency in 4-handed dentistry
● Dentrix experience preferred

Office Systems
● Practice Software: Dentrix
● Digital Imaging: Intraoral camera, panoramic, CBCT (occasional use)
● Equipment: Nomad handheld X-ray, Carestream digital sensors, Trios scanner

Ideal Candidate
● Minimum 2 years of chairside experience in general dentistry (will consider motivated candidates eager to learn)
● Certified in radiography (X-rays)
● Skilled in temporaries, digital scanning, and infection control
● Reliable, compassionate, and professional
● Team player who thrives in a collaborative, patient-first environment
● Detail-oriented with strong communication and multitasking skills

Schedule
● Monday and Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
● Wednesday and Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits
● Pay Range: $20–$26/hr (based on experience and skills)
