DA 32/hrs week

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable and flexible dental assistant to join our dental family.

Our team is dedicated to providing honest, high quality dental care to the entire family. We are a small authentic and energetic team. We truly enjoy what we do, who we do it with and who we do it for!

Qualities we are looking for: Detail oriented, manages time well, promotes health through education, team player, caring personality and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to; providing exceptional care to our patients alongside Dr. Sexton, recording thorough notes, taking x-rays, preparing & cleaning rooms and instruments, preparing & sending lab cases, inventory & ordering of supplies, keeping the OSHA & x-ray manuals current, etc.

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8-5 (with a 1 hour lunch) & Thursday 7-1.

We are looking for someone that enjoys a flexible schedule. Our working hours are based on scheduled patients. For example, if patients are only scheduled until 3:30pm we do not stay until 5pm, if we don't have a patient scheduled until 10am we do not come in at 8am.

We also value time away from work to spend with family and to rejuvenate. We follow the Olentangy School District calendar when scheduling time off. On average we work 16 days a month taking 6-8 weeks of time off per year. Weekly hours range from 28-32.

Requirements: Radiology License, CPR Certification

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience

We are a small family oriented practice. Dr. Sexton has over 25 years of experience providing honest, quality care to our patients. We come to work because we enjoy who we work alongside of!
