Chairside Assistant
LOCATION
Castle Rock, COWe are a growing practice seeking a dependable, compassionate dental assistant to join our full-time team in a busy dental office serving general, orthodontic, single-doctor, PPO, and private patients. This position is ideal for someone with a high school education, at least 6 months of experience, and X-ray certification who enjoys providing excellent support in a professional, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of procedures, supporting patient care, maintaining infection control standards, and helping with patient charting and education. Experience with gingivitis treatment, oral hygiene instruction, irrigation agents, ultrasonic scaling, nitrous oxide monitoring, Dentrix, lasers, and CPR certification are important for success in this role. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both patients and the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
This is a full-time position with a 1-hour lunch break and parking available in front of the office. Benefits include insurance, PTO, and sick days. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to quality care.
