Lead Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Lakeway, TXWe are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join a warm, family-owned private practice that focuses on long-term patient care and strong patient relationships. Our office provides general dentistry in a single-doctor setting with PPO and private pay patients, along with endodontic services. We care for patients of all ages in a relaxed, organized, and friendly environment where comfort and quality dentistry are top priorities.
This full-time role is ideal for a high school graduate with 7+ years of dental assisting experience who enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Responsibilities include chairside support, treatment coordination support, inventory and ordering, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as our practice continues to grow. Being cross-trained is a plus, but not required.
We offer a supportive workplace with plenty of parking, a 50-minute paid lunch break each workday, and PPE provided, including goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include PTO and a $300 health stipend. Compensation is $56K to 60K , depending on skills and experience.
