Dental Assistants: Enjoy Temping, but Open to the Right Permanent Office?

Smile Design Dental Studio is hiring a permanent Dental Assistant to work with our team in Manhattan. This is an opportunity to have a consistent home office, build relationships with patients, and get to know one doctor’s workflow.

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable assistant who takes initiative, stays organized, and helps patients feel comfortable.

Your role will include:

- Chairside assisting and preparing treatment rooms.
- Taking dental X-rays within your permitted duties.
- Performing 3D intraoral scans.
- Sterilization, infection control, and following OSHA protocols.
- Tracking lab cases and managing inventory.
- Supporting clinical documentation and smooth patient flow.

Experience with Open Dental and digital scanning is a plus.

We have an emotional support dog in the office, so being comfortable around dogs is a must!
