Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our growing private dental practice in Jackson, NJ (Ocean County)!
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with patients, enjoys building relationships, and can help patients understand their treatment options while keeping our doctors' schedules full.
What You'll Do
Present and discuss treatment plans with patients
Explain treatment recommendations and answer patient questions
Discuss financial arrangements and payment options
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling
Check patients in and out
Schedule treatment and follow up with patients
Help keep doctor schedules full and productive
Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team
Provide an exceptional, welcoming patient experience
Assist with general front-office responsibilities as needed
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and personable
Comfortable talking with patients about treatment and finances
Organized and able to multitask in a busy dental office
Confident on the phone and in person
Motivated by goals and helping the practice grow
A team player with a positive attitude
Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
Schedule Full-Time
June- August: Monday–Friday schedule (No Saturdays during the summer)
September–May: 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (We alternate between our Fridays & Saturdays)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: TBD based on experience
