Dental Hygienist

We are a growing, small-town private dental practice seeking a Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team full-time or part-time. Our practice provides a broad range of care, including routine exams and prophylaxis, restorative dentistry, pediatric services, surgical procedures, cosmetic treatment, and emergency care. This opportunity is ideal for a hygienist with 0–3 years of experience** who enjoys working in a general and private practice setting. You will see **one patient at a time**, typically spending **30–60 minutes** per appointment, allowing you to focus on delivering thorough, high-quality preventive care. The schedule includes a **1-hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive hygiene services and supporting overall oral health through prophylaxis, calculus removal, periodontal screening, gingivitis screening, oral cancer screening, oral pathology screening, fluoride treatment, pit and fissure sealants, chlorhexidine applications, irrigation agents, antibiotic therapy, local anesthesia, and patient education**. You will also help with recall coordination and use modern clinical tools such as **Dentrix, DEXIS, intraoral camera technology, and digital X-rays to support accurate documentation and efficient patient care.
