Dental Hygienist 3 to 4 days a week

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our full-time dental team in a general, multi-doctor, private practice setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone early in their career to build a strong foundation in a supportive, patient-focused environment. No prior experience is required.

Our office is comprised of three doctors and an amazing staff. We are a multi-generational group who enjoy a supportive environment and are focused on helping each other deliver the highest quality of patient care. We take patient care seriously, but do it in a fun and lighthearted way. The practice serves a broad range of patient needs and values teamwork, professionalism, and consistency in every aspect of care.

In this role, you will provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services while educating patients on oral health, home care, and the importance of ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with doctors and clinical team members to support comprehensive treatment planning, maintain accurate records, and contribute to an efficient, welcoming patient experience. We are looking for someone who communicates well, works independently when needed, and takes pride in delivering high-quality care.

The schedule is full-time, 3–4 days per week, with a 60-minute lunch break. Compensation is competitive and includes PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), and bonus opportunities.

We provide the PPE needed to support a safe clinical environment, including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

Our office is located in a high-growth area with convenient access to public transportation, and street parking is available. There are also many restaurants and services nearby, making the area convenient and enjoyable during breaks.
