We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to become part of our friendly, prevention-focused dental practice. At Merry Dental PC, located in a newly renovated office in Billerica, MA, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and kindness, prioritizing long-term relationships with our patients over production quotas.

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth office flow and a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities include managing appointments, patient intake, insurance verification, and assisting with billing inquiries, all while utilizing Eaglesoft to streamline our operations.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a high school diploma. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a motivated new graduate, we offer mentorship, respect, and growth opportunities.

To prioritize your safety and well-being, we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment, including N95 masks, face shields, and more, ensuring a secure working environment.
