Patient Care Coordinator
For over 40 years, our dedicated family dentistry practice has provided high-quality care to the Houston community. We’re seeking a motivated Front Office Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients while maintaining the smooth operation of the office.
As the first point of contact, your main responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and managing patient records using Dentrix software. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with patients to educate them on treatment plans and maintain patient recall. Prior experience in a dental front office is preferred, with 1-2 years of relevant experience being ideal. Having previous dental experience as an assistant is also a huge plus!!
Our practice emphasizes teamwork, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to patient care. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and the benefit of paid time off (PTO). You will be equipped with necessary personal protective equipment, ensuring a safe and professional environment. The hourly pay for this role ranges from $21-$24, reflecting our appreciation for your expertise and dedication.
