We’re looking for someone who:
Is confident presenting treatment plans and discussing costs with patients.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is experienced with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient payments.
Is willing to cross-train and help wherever needed.
Has experience with Open Dental (a big plus!)
