Lead Dental Assistant - Private Practice
LOCATION
Palm Beach Gardens, FLWe are a growing, single-doctor private dental practice seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team!
Our office focuses primarily on general dentistry while keeping many specialties in-house, including simple endodontics, extractions, implants, dentures, and cosmetic dentistry. This is a full-time position in a 5-op, PPO/FFS practice with 2 dental hygienists, where teamwork, work-life balance, and a family-like atmosphere are highly valued.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience with a strong background in dental assisting and can confidently support complex chairside procedures, including temporary crown fabrication, digital scanning, implant surgery, and denture relines and adjustments. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, solid dental terminology knowledge, and a professional, patient-focused approach.
Our office supports and great work-life balance - enjoy long weekends with half-day Fridays!
Our hours are Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8am-1pm.
Compensation starts at $29+ per hour (based on experience). We also offer paid holidays, PTO and monthly performance bonuses! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a positive work environment and a team that treats each other like family.
