We are a distinguished, fee-for-service dental practice dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our patients in a collaborative working environment. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our patients’ oral health while contributing to a team that prioritizes learning, growth, and attention to detail.
Role Overview:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, performing periodontal assessments, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. Working alongside a single doctor in our versatile practice that encompasses general, orthodontic, and prosthodontic services, you will engage with one patient at a time, ensuring an optimal visit experience. Routine recall appointments will typically extend for 60 minutes, while new patients will require 75 minutes, allowing you to establish meaningful connections and tailor care to individual needs.

Ideal Candidate:
We seek a Dental Hygienist with 2 to 4 years of experience who possesses exceptional communication skills and a commitment to patient care. Familiarity with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) is a plus. Emphasizing a proactive approach, our ideal candidate will thrive in a planning-oriented team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and cultivating an inviting environment for both patients and colleagues.
