RDH or RDH Lead

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join a thriving, high-energy dental practice that combines general dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and PPO-focused care. This is a full-time opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Our team is led by Dr. Shawn Anderson, owner and clinical director, who has been serving patients since 1994. Together with our dedicated team of 30, we have built a culture centered on excellence, accountability, growth, and genuine care for one another and our patients. With 16 treatment rooms, advanced technology, and hundreds of new patients each month, we are committed to providing efficient, high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of experience and is confident working with iTero, Dentrix, lasers, daily production goals, and some assisted hygiene. Strong clinical skills in desensitization, digital X-rays, intraoral photography, CAD/CAM, Carestream, Cerec restorations, and data entry are important for success in this role. Familiarity with managing one patient at a time or two at a time, while typically spending 60 minutes per patient, will help ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care.

This position includes a 1-hour lunch break, parking lot access, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring full medical, vision, PTO, 4 paid holidays, in-house dental, and 401(k) matching. Compensation is $93,600 - $124,800 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
