Experienced Dental Assistant (DAII) / Lead Dental Assistant *minimum 3 yrs experience as a DA II
Great opportunity for a motivated team player to join our practice! We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time team member for our patient-focused general dentistry practice in the Ballantyne area. We are a solo dentist-owned practice (NOT a corporate dentistry office). We have a beautiful office with modern digital technology and strive to provide exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service to enhance our patients’ experience.

We are seeking the right individual to join our team – a friendly, energetic individual with a “smiling personality” and a minimum 3 years clinical assisting experience who is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, multi- tasking in a busy clinical environment,
along with the following characteristics / abilities, including:
• fabrication of temporary crowns / bridges
• placement of sectional matrix bands,
• assisting with endodontic and oral surgery procedures
• possesses outstanding customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude
• is goal-oriented, highly organized and pays attention to detail
• has a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• has experience with Eaglesoft preferred, but we are willing to train
• a flexible team player with a positive, professional attitude

Office hours are designed for work – life balance with Wed mornings off, 2 Fridays off per month, and we are closed around all major holidays. (No pts 12/23 – 12/27 this year). Our patient care hours are:
Mon, Tue, and Thur: 8:00a – 4:00p;
Wed 12:00a - 6p; and
2 Fridays / mo: 7:30a - 1:30p
