Dental Assistant or RDA

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our modern, patient-centered private dental practice. Our general, single-doctor office is dedicated to providing high-quality restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and general dental care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, digital X-rays, impressions, sterilization and infection control, treatment room setup, patient education, and helping maintain an efficient clinical flow. Experience with iTero scanning, implants, Invisalign, and dental software such as Open Dental or Practice Web is a plus.

Qualifications include a current California RDA license, CPR certification, and required X-ray and Coronal Polish certifications. A high school education is required, and 1–2 years of dental assisting experience is preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are important, along with a positive attitude and commitment to patient care.

This is a full-time position, 32+ hours per week, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and a one-hour lunch break. Compensation starts at $27+ per hour, depending on experience, along with PTO, paid holidays, 401K match, and a quarterly medical stipend.
