At our practice, we prioritize the health and safety of our staff and patients. We provide a comprehensive range of personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks, ensuring a safe work environment.
As a Dental Hygienist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Performing thorough prophylaxis and scaling to maintain patients' oral health.
- Utilizing Air Polishing, Cavitron, and irrigation agents for effective calculus removal.
- Conducting screenings for oral cancer and pathology, and applying fluoride treatments.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and treatment planning.
- Charting patient information accurately using Dentrix and DEXIS software.
- Assisting in the administration of local anesthesia when necessary.
We value exceptional clinical skills and a strong understanding of periodontal disease. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sense of job ownership, uphold a personal and professional code of ethics, and possess a self-motivated, positive attitude. Proficiency in Dentrix dental software is a plus, and experience with intraoral cameras and iTero technology will set you apart.
