Dental Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our front office team in a busy dental practice. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse practice specializing in general dentistry, PPO, and private patients.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, handling insurance verifications, and providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in Dentrix is essential, as you will be utilizing this software daily to ensure smooth office operations. Familiarity with G5 scheduling software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a dental office environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. We value teamwork and are looking for someone who can contribute positively to our office culture.
