Monarch Dental Arts, a boutique practice specializing in biomimetic dentistry, is looking for a Dental Assistant / RDA who takes pride in precision, enjoys learning new skills, and values working in a calm, supportive environment. What We’re Looking For
* Experience with assisting rubber dam placement and digital scanning (PrimeScan preferred).
* Skill in taking high-quality X-rays and intraoral photos.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and self-starting.
* Strong communication skills, punctuality, and reliability.
* A positive contributor to our team culture, with curiosity to keep learning.

Details
* Part-time, 2–4 days per week (with room to grow into more).
* $21–$30/hr, based on experience.
* Monday–Friday only, no weekends.
* Work location: In person, Rancho Mission Viejo, CA. Must be able to commute reliably.
