What You'll Do
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the dentist during general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
- Perform four-handed dentistry and maintain efficient patient flow.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocols.
- Accurately document clinical notes and treatment in Dentrix.
- Educate patients on procedures and post-operative care.
- Maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked operatories.
- Follow OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards.
What We're Looking For:
- **Experience: 3–5 years of dental assisting experience required.**
- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and restorative procedures.
- Experience with Dentrix preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment.
