Dental Receptionist

We are a dynamic multi-specialty, multi-disciplinary dental office located near Grand Central Station, and we are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our front office team. If you have a passion for helping others and are looking to work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, assisting with check-ins, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including general, PPO, and private patients, giving you the opportunity to engage with a variety of individuals and needs.
Our office uses Open Dental scheduling software, making it essential that you are comfortable with technology and able to adapt quickly. While previous experience is not required, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are crucial.
