Are you a passionate and dedicated dental hygienist seeking to advance your career in a supportive and professional environment? We invite you to become a valuable member of our reputable dental office, established just 15 years ago. Our practice is designed to accommodate various specialized dental needs, including general, multi-specialty, PPO, and private care, ensuring a diverse experience for both our team and our patients.
In our office, you will collaborate closely with a skilled team, consisting of a prosthodontist and two cosmetic dentists, who prioritize quality patient care. We are committed to enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering patient education. We believe that every interaction counts, and you will spend one hour with each patient, allowing for thorough care and personal attention.
As you step into this role, you will have access to state-of-the-art personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring your safety while you focus on providing excellent dental hygiene services. Our workspace features convenient assigned garage parking, making your daily commute easier.
We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. On Mondays and Wednesdays, you can enjoy a one-hour lunch break, and for the remainder of the week, we provide meals for our staff, ensuring you’re nourished and ready to serve our patients.
This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who possesses strong skills in team support and patient satisfaction. As our current dental hygienist will be temporarily away on maternity leave, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional to take this opportunity to contribute to our growing practice.
In recognition of your dedication, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $55-$60 per hour based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including paid time off (PTO) and insurance for full-time employees.
