Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant!

We are a private general dentistry practice seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. Our office, led by Dr. Rhesa Bautista, emphasizes quality care and personal attention for each patient, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years. We provide the full spectrum of general dentistry from cleanings and fillings to crowns and implants and everything in between. As a member of our small, experienced staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and friendly environment for our patients.

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including chairside assistance, patient education, infection control, and instrument sterilization. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in essential dental procedures such as digital radiography, coronal polishing, and temporary crown fabrication is beneficial. Experience with Open Dental, iTero and Invisalign and digital Pano/CBCT will be considered an asset, though not essential.

Boxwood Dentistry is the private practice of Dr. Rhesa Bautista. We are a general dentistry family practice that focuses on quality care with personal attention to each and every patient. As such, we are not a high volume practice but keep consistently busy. Many of Dr. Bautista's patients have followed her over her career and have been with her for over 15+years.
We provide all general dentistry services from cleanings, fillings, crown and bridge, removable, root canals, extractions, implants, Invisalign and cosmetics. We are a PPO and fee-for-service practice. Dr. Bautista has been in her current location, which was a newly built-out space in a new commercial property in the beautiful city of Bellaire, since 2020. She has a small, experienced staff who welcomes in all patients, temps, externs and new staff alike. All in all, we really take pride in providing exceptional dental care in a friendly, comfortable environment, and hope that you do as well.
