Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description:
We are a technology-forward, privately owned dental practice seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with Front desk experience to join our growing team. Our office is fast-paced, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, and passionate about dentistry while enjoying both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare, disinfect, and stock operatories
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards
Take digital X-rays
Operate an iTero scanner (preferred but not required)
Update and maintain patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Present and review treatment plans
Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Assist with patient check-in and check-out
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility (Basic understanding)
Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims (Basic understanding)
Collect patient payments
Help maintain an efficient daily schedule and office flow
Experience with Open Dental preferred
Qualifications:
Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
Front Desk Experience.
1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Previous dental front desk experience preferred (Training to be provided)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
