Permanent Hygiene position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our full-time general dentistry team in a state-of-the-art private practice. In this position, you will provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services while supporting the overall health and wellness of each patient. You will work with modern technology, including iTero digital scanners and an air polisher, to help ensure efficient, comfortable, and thorough treatment. The schedule is structured to allow you to focus on one patient at a time, with approximately one hour dedicated to each appointment. This approach supports excellent clinical care and a calm, personalized patient experience.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, charting, patient education, and taking intraoral digital scans as needed. You will collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure continuity of care, maintain accurate records, and help patients understand the importance of preventive oral health. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered mindset are essential.

We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of experience preferred, though we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to learn. This is a full-time opportunity with a one-hour lunch break and convenient parking available in a parking lot for staff.

Compensation is $42–$48 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include bonus opportunities after 3 months, PTO after 1 year, and a 401(k) after 1 year.
