ABOUT THIS ROLE
The doctor in this position will:
- Review digital cases and diagnostic records for aligner and retainer treatments
- Develop and approve custom orthodontic treatment plans
- Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up appointments with patients
- Monitor treatment progress and make necessary clinical adjustments
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What They’re Looking For:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Delaware dental license (required) — multi-state licensure a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience, including aligner therapy
- Proficiency with digital orthodontic platforms and telehealth tools
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
