Join Our Dedicated Team as a Dental Hygienist!

At our innovative dental office in downtown Columbia Falls, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our small team. Our practice, known for its state-of-the-art procedures and patient-focused approach, offers a unique environment that emphasizes exceptional care and comprehensive dental solutions.

As a member of our team, you will play an integral role in delivering outstanding dental hygiene services across diverse specialties, including General Dentistry, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Prosthodontics. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our principal dentist, Dr. Evon, who boasts an impressive background, including multiple accreditations and specialized training. Our practice is dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, and we encourage our team members to pursue professional development.

In this full-time position, you will typically see one patient at a time, spending approximately 60 minutes with each. Your responsibilities will include conducting oral cancer screenings, periodontal assessments, prophy, scaling and root planing, and providing valuable patient education. Familiarity with advanced techniques such as GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy-Airflow) is desired but not mandatory, as we are open to training the right candidate.

Your role will include using your skills in calculus removal, digital radiography, and patient record maintenance to ensure each visitor receives the highest standard of care. Additionally, we provide extras that enhance our patient experience, such as music, pillows, and warm cloths to help our patients feel relaxed.

Three Rivers Dental is located in downtown Columbia falls. Dr. Evon bought the practice in 2016 and did a remodel in 2020. It is a FFS practice, but we accept and bill all insurances. We are a small unique practice offering state of the art procedures not offered in the valley. We have a range of procedures we offer, cosmetic, implants, all on X solutions, dentures, oral surgery, restorative and whole body health solutions. We will be welcoming a Dr. On Wednesdays starting in October 2025 to do sleep medicine. For hygiene, we offer saliva testing and diagnostics to tailor treatment options for the patients individual care. We provide GBT therapy in treating periodontal disease. The treatments offered at our practice are superior.
Dr. Evon is highly skilled and holds multiple accreditations. She is a graduate of the Kois Center, one of the highest levels of post graduate education known world wide, she has her fellowship through the ICOI in implants. She takes approximately 100 hours in CE a year.
The office is small. Every patient is treated like family and greeted by name. We ask patients lots of questions to make them feel comfortable and tailor to their needs. We offer music, pillows, blankets and a warm cloth to wash their face after their appointment if they desire. Patients feel special and like family when they are here. We are gentle is our treatments. Our patients range in age from young to old, however our average age is 40+.
Our team members are welcoming and friendly. Team work is a must and everyone helps each other out and are patient focused. The team is open to learning new ideas and techniques and are committed to change with a positive attitude.
