Seeking energetic pediatric dental assistant for a full-time postion

We are a growing pediatric dental practice seeking a reliable, positive, and highly motivated team member to join our clinical team full-time, 32–40 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids and enjoys creating a welcoming, supportive experience for young patients and their families. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental setting is required.

Responsibilities include assisting chairside during pediatric dental procedures, taking x-rays, performing coronal polishing, and supporting behavior management techniques to help children feel comfortable during care. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude are essential. Cross-training is not required, but it is a plus.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must bring a professional, patient-focused approach to every interaction. We are looking for someone who is dependable, energetic, and eager to contribute to a collaborative pediatric dental team.

Benefits include PTO, sick pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), scrub allowance, and bonuses. The starting pay is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional details include a 1-hour lunch break and parking available in a designated off-site lot.
