Are you a dedicated dental assistant looking for an opportunity to thrive in a supportive and friendly environment? We are a family-owned dental practice located in Lakeway, Texas, focused on providing exceptional care to our patients. Since opening our doors in April 2022, we've been growing rapidly and are now looking for a full-time dental assistant to join our team.

In our practice, you will have the chance to work closely with a single doctor to provide quality dental services for patients of all ages. Our office atmosphere is warm and inviting, ensuring both our staff and patients feel comfortable and valued. You will be responsible for treatment coordination support, inventory management, and helping maintain our organized workspace.

We offer competitive wages ranging from $23 to $28 per hour, based on your skills and experience. Benefits include accrued PTO and a $300 monthly benefit bonus in lieu of medical coverage. With your minimum of 4 years of experience, we welcome your flexibility and adaptability as we continue to grow.

Highland Family Dentistry is a family owned private practice in Lakeway Texas. We opened in April 2022 and are actively growing our patient base. We have 1 General manager, 1 Office Manager and 2 Part time Dental Assistants. The office is a very friendly, warm, and inviting office. We strive to provide comfort and quality dental work. Our office is relaxed and organized. We see patients of all ages and work Wednesdays through Saturdays for now. At some point, we are planning on opening Monday through Friday.
