We are an expanding general dental practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in promoting oral health and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Performing comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal assessments.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care.
- Taking and developing dental radiographs as needed.
- Documenting patient care accurately in accordance with practice policies.
- Collaborating effectively with dentists and support staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental hygienist role, preferably in a general practice environment.
- A valid dental hygiene license and clinical expertise in patient care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- A commitment to staying current with dental hygiene trends and practices.

Work Schedule and Environment:

This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, requiring availability on Mondays and Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each patient appointment is scheduled for one hour, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care and building relationships with patients. We value our team's well-being, which is why we offer ample parking space and a generous 1-hour lunch break during your shifts.

Benefits:

In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $50 (negotiable) based on experience, you will also have access to paid time off (PTO).
