As a Dental Hygienist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing the overall experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments on patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
- Utilize Open Dental and Gendex software to manage patient records and diagnostic imaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with infection control protocols.
- Work closely with the dental team to provide the highest standard of care.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a great bedside manner who excels in patient education. Whether you are an experienced hygienist or newly graduated, we are open to training the right individual who shares our commitment to promoting patient health and comfort. A strong team spirit is essential, and you will need to be adaptable to different workflows in our busy practice.
Work Environment and Benefits:
Our office offers convenient parking alongside the building and provides all necessary personal protective equipment, including nitrile gloves, regular masks, and gowns. You will enjoy a flexible lunch break ranging from 0 to 1 hour, depending on the day's demands.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $50-60/hr—commensurate with skills and experience—you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, continuing education opportunities, and CPR certification.
