Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) H-Town Star Family Dentistry – Houston, T

H-Town Star Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and professional Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-centered team. We are committed to providing exceptional care in a modern dental practice that emphasizes technology, efficiency, and compassion. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess experience with advanced digital dentistry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during all clinical and specialty procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Capture and process digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Accurately document patient records and medical/dental histories
• Utilize and maintain an intraoral scanner for digital impressions
• Assist with Invisalign treatments, including digital scans, attachments, and patient guidance
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and OSHA protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

Qualifications:
• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency with intraoral scanning technology (required)
• Experience assisting with Invisalign cases (preferred)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
. Knowing how to work with Curve Dental is a plus but not required
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
