As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring outstanding customer service, and facilitating smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate dental charting and patient records. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and assist in treatment planning and insurance verification for various practice types, including General, Pedodontics, Periodontics, and more. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing our ability to connect with our diverse patient base.

Our practice is committed to safety and infection control, providing all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, and gloves to ensure a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of dental terminology, and a passion for pediatric dentistry.
