Are you a passionate and skilled dental hygienist looking to join a patient-oriented practice? We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to become a vital part of our dedicated team in a private practice setting. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong desire to help patients achieve optimal oral health, we would love to meet you!
Our office is situated conveniently off PGB and Hwy 78, allowing easy access for both our team and our patients. We focus primarily on general dentistry and pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We are looking for a teammate who is excited to work 3 to 4 days a week, contributing to our mission of providing top-notch dental care.
As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will have the opportunity to utilize advanced technology, including Eagle Soft software, Schick x-ray sensors, and a Cerec machine, in a fully digital setting. Your role will primarily involve performing dental cleanings, conducting patient assessments, applying preventive measures, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care.
We prioritize the safety of our team and patients by providing ample personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring a secure working environment.
An essential part of the role is excellent patient communication. You will demonstrate treatment options using intraoral cameras, helping patients understand their dental health and the importance of recommended procedures. Your compassionate approach and excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build lasting relationships with our patients.
During your workweek, you will enjoy a lunch break of 1 hour on 8-5 weeks and 30 minutes on 8-3:30 weeks. We offer competitive compensation at an hourly rate of $48, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and dedication.
