Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
LOCATION
North Highlands, CAWe are a general dental practice led by Dr. Toral Pandya, dedicated to providing gentle, high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our small team values teamwork, kindness, and strong patient service, and we are looking for a friendly, dependable dental assistant to join us full time.
In this role, you will support chairside procedures and help create a positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities may include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with general dentistry procedures, taking and processing digital images, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining strict infection control standards. You will also help with charting, documenting patient information, and keeping the office organized and efficient.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and common dental office systems. Experience with Open Dental, DEXIS, and iTero is preferred. A high school education is required. Previous experience is not required, and training may be provided for the right person.
We provide the proper PPE to support safety, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Compensation depends on experience. We are seeking someone who is professional, caring, and ready to grow with a supportive dental team.
