We are seeking a dedicated, experienced dental hygiene professional to join our established, patient-focused dental office serving a general and PPO-based practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a supportive environment where quality care, strong clinical skills, and teamwork are valued every day. This position is now available because our current dental hygienist is retiring, creating an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected practice with a loyal patient base.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of clinical experience and a college-level education, along with a confident, compassionate approach to patient care. You should be comfortable performing comprehensive hygiene services, taking diagnostic x-rays, and educating patients on oral health and preventive care. A laser certification is ideal, though not required, and candidates with an interest in expanding their skills in this area are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to high standards of care are essential.

This role includes performing routine hygiene procedures, periodontal maintenance, patient assessments, charting, and chairside education in a busy but organized office environment. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a calm, professional manner and delivering a positive patient experience. Bonus opportunities are available for SRPs, Arestin, laser procedures, and full mouth x-rays, rewarding both skill and productivity.

Compensation for this full-time role is $55–$75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include bonuses, making this a strong opportunity for a motivated hygienist seeking both stability and earning potential. The office also provides convenient parking in a parking structure, and a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break is built into the workday to support a healthy pace.
