Lead Dental Assistant

LOCATION
Flower Mound, TX

Adding to our Team! We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant for our Flower Mound location. The right candidate will exude professionalism, enthusiasm, extraordinary chairside skills, be a detail-oriented, compassionate & a team player.

Prefer a minimum 1-2 years of dental assisting experience. Must have previous lead experience. Must be proficient in making temporary crowns, packing cord, experience with digital scanning a plus. Open Dental experience preferred.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Assist the dentist chairside in four-handed dentistry
Sterilize instruments and operatories, ensure the cleanliness of ops & office
Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations
Document lab procedures and track incoming and outgoing lab cases
Maintain accurate patient records
Lead a back office team
Order supplies/ maintain inventory

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 8-4 & Friday 8-2
