We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and eager-to-learn dental hygienist to join our growing practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a supportive, patient-focused environment and is committed to delivering outstanding clinical care. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing top-quality dental care, ensuring that every visit leaves you feeling like a valued member of our dental family.
This role supports both general and private practice settings and requires a hygienist who is comfortable providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal care. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their oral health. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a willingness to continue learning and growing within the field.
Responsibilities include performing dental charting, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, gingivitis treatment, and oral hygiene instruction. Experience with patient education is important, as is the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and encourage strong home care habits. Additional clinical experience with Dentrix, Cavitron, air polishing, and Arestin therapy is preferred. The right candidate should be comfortable delivering efficient, thorough care while maintaining a warm and compassionate chairside manner.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic about contributing to a thriving practice. Because this position is part of a growing team, there is an opportunity to build lasting professional relationships and continue advancing your skills. A one-hour lunch break is provided, and parking is available at the office for added convenience.
We provide essential PPE to support safety and comfort in the workplace, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Benefits include health insurance, vacation time, and free continuing education with lasers. Compensation for this role is $55 to $65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
If you are a kind, motivated hygienist who values quality care, enjoys learning, and wants to be part of a welcoming dental team, this could be the right fit for you.
