Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Honolulu, HI

Duties
• Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis) for patients of all ages
• Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal evaluation
• Take and develop digital X-rays
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride, sealants, and desensitizing agents
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and overall oral health
• Record treatment notes and maintain accurate patient charts
• Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to plan individualized patient care
• Assist with patient flow and ensure a comfortable, safe, and positive experience

What We’re Looking For
• Active Hawaii RDH license (or eligibility)
• Positive, motivated team player who enjoys learning and collaboration
• Comfortable in an assisted hygiene environment
• Open-minded and committed to delivering excellent patient care

Compensation
• $50–$65/hr (DOE) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Sign-on bonus applies to full-time RDHs including at least one weekend shift.

Schedule
• Flexible | Office Open 7 Days/Week, 7 AM–7 PM
