Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our dental team to provide comprehensive dental care to our patients.
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing with precision and care.
- Conduct dental assessments and charting to help identify potential concerns and treatment needs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care to promote lasting health.
- Maintain a high standard of infection control and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Build strong relationships with patients, helping to alleviate their anxiety and contribute to a positive dental experience.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Michigan.
- College degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Experience in a general dental practice is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
