We are a dedicated pediatric dental office committed to providing exceptional dental care for children and adolescents across Macomb, Wayne, Oakland, Lapeer, and Saint Clair counties in Michigan. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Office Management professional to enhance our focus on preventive dental health and patient education.

In this full-time role, you will administer the day-to-day operations of our business office. Your responsibilities will include maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing the overall performance management of our practice. You will ensure a seamless flow of office operations while providing excellent customer service to our young patients and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental office and be CPR certified. Proficiency in Dentrix and knowledge of dental terminology are required, along with strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
